The third- and fourth-biggest benefits of subscription models are enjoyment and accessibility. 9.8% of shoppers say subscription models give them joy and fun, and nine percent say it was the only way they could get the product.
Convenience and time are factors that often go hand in hand, so it’s no wonder that being able to save time also ranks among the top subscription benefits. 8.8% of consumers cite this as a reason for using subscription services.

Rounding out the top 10 benefits of subscription models for customers are the ability to access a wider range of products and being able to avoid fraud and/or theft. Around 7% of consumers cite these as reasons they use subscription services.
